The President said there would no Birds’ eggs collection this year, and pledged that he himself would not be going to any island to enjoy some.

He stated this in a reply to a question put to him by Clive Camille of TeleSesel in an interview at State House yesterday.

President Ramkalawan said that there is an going study being carried out on the sustainability of egg collection on the outer islands.

No mention was made as to whether any personal boxes or trays would be delivered at State House, away from the prying eyes of the Facebook watchers.
